We're competent professionals, but we're not stuffy. Maybe just a little proud. Our integrity means we will walk away from opportunities if we can't profit from them honestly. We stand by our commitments, yet we don't make promises unless we're convinced we can keep them.

We're in a regulated and privileged industry, so we deal with red tape. We try to keep that in perspective. We're both a decentralized and centralized company, as this serves us best. We have an open door policy and that makes us approachable. We're human, which also makes us uneasy with change. We're a successful and winning team. Our growth is evidenced not only in our size, but in our strength. Each of us has an opportunity to be part of that growth.
