When You Need Proof of Employment
Give the person who needs proof of your employment the following information: 

When You Need Proof of Employment and Income
Access The Work Number to create a Salary Key that grants one-time access to your income information.

Over the Phone

Step 1: Contact the Work Number at 1-800-367-2884 (select your preferred language then select option #3)

Step 2: Provide the representative with the following information:

  • Boyd Employer Code: 11811
  • Team Member ID Number
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth

Step 3: The representative will request a phone number or email address to send a verifier passcode to you in order to generate your one-time salary key.

Step 4: Give the person who needs proof of your employment and income the following:

Online

Step 1: Go to www.TheWorkNumber.com

Step 2: Click the red LOG IN button on the top right of the page. Select EMPLOYEE and enter the following information:

  • Boyd Employer Code: 11811
  • Log in using your Payperless Pay credentials (how you access your paystub)
  • Or register to create a new User ID and Password to log in

Step 3: From your dashboard

  • If you need to prove employment or income, select either of those icon options
  • Click on + New Salary Key to generate a one-time salary key

Step 4: Give the person who needs proof of your employment and income the following information:

When you are Applying to a Social Service Agency
If you are applying to a social service agency that manages programs such as Supplemental Social Security, Medicaid, housing or child support, provide this information to your caseworker.

Step 1: Register with The Work Number

  • All agencies must register to use the service. It takes about 5 minutes to register online or by phone. If you are already registered and need help, call the Client Service Center at 1-800-996-7566 or at www.TheWorkNumber.com

Step 2: Obtain employment and income verification

  • Contact The Work Number at 1-800-660-3399 or www.TheWorkNumber.com
  • Enter your registered fax number
  • Enter the following information when instructed:
    • Boyd Employer Code: 11811
    • Team Member Social Security Number
  • Select the type of verification that you need. You can verify employment or employment and income.
